Chuck Brooks

Owner and Operator


Chuck has more than 30 years of experience applying processes, problem-solving and technical skills to improve individual, team and organizational performance. 


As an employee of a defense contractor for over two decades, Chuck developed several innovative ways to save the company thousands of dollars.  He's also volunteered as a CEO of a small non-profit in Baltimore and led this organization in the purchase and improvement of property.  Chuck led in the development of programs that met the needs of single moms and at-risk young men in a metropolitan center. 

Chuck holds a Master’s Degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Systems Management.  He also has a degree in Biomedical and Digital Electronics Technology from Baltimore County Community College.
